Ricoh plans to target printers with inhouse repro departments with its new digital duplicator, the Priport JP8000.
Ricoh claims that the JP8000 outputs at 120ppm A3 at 600 dpi and can be used as a connected print solution with the optional Rip.
The UC 11 Print Station processes images at up to 1Mb every two seconds for a single or multi-platform network.
Dpi consistency is determined by Ricoh's Single Screen Drum and Superfine Master technology which ensures an even spread of ink.
Priport product manager Trevor Maloney says: "The JP8000 is a powerful solution for those users making multiple copies of an original such as printers and central reprographic departments.
