Web company Chase Bobko hunts for funds.

Chase Bobko Inc., a Seattle-based Web development firm, is negotiating with a public company that may acquire the 60-person firm.

The talks are one aspect of a search for new financing, said Patricia Chase, chairman and founder of Chase Bobko. She acknowledged the company was in talks with an undisclosed public company and that the 6-year-old Web development company maybe for sale.
