Walt Disney Internet Group is preparing to expand into 45,000 square feet on multiple floors of the Exchange Building in downtown Seattle.

The company will also keep its approximately 80,000 square feet of space in the Smith Tower in Pioneer Square and its 15,000-square-foot data center in Seattle's Westin Building, said Leo Backer of Washington Partners Inc., who represented Disney in the lease.
