"You are going in the opposite direction. Please make a U-turn now," said the female voice from the navigation system of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Estate. Little did the gadget know that I had purposely gone off the route, just to hear the sultry female voice. Exotic voices aside, it was totally awesome to be driving the brilliant new Mercedes C-Class Estate through the French Riviera and Monte Carlo in Monaco.

Setting off early in the morning from the Royal Riviera Hotel in Nice, I chose the C 320 Estate to test drive. I meandered along and wondered what to expect from this Estate. Would it be on par with the C-Class Sports Coupe I had driven 24 hours ago?
