Seagate Software gets new name.(Crystal Decisions)(Brief Article)

SEAGATE Software has embarked on a new chapter in its corporate history by changing its name to Crystal Decisions, in an effort to establish a separate corporate identity and eliminate confusion with parent company Seagate Technology.

However there will not be any organisational restructuring associated with the change. Seagate Technology CEO Steve Luczo will continue as Chairman of the Crystal Decisions board, and the company will remain part of the Seagate Technology family of companies.
