KUALA LUMPUR, Mon. - The Terengganu Government's suit against Petroleum Nasional Bhd and the Federal Government will be heard by High Court judge Datuk Arifin Jaka.

The suit has been registered in Arifin's court, one of the eight commercial courts in Kuala Lumpur.

The writ was served today on the law firm of Shearn Delamore which is acting for Petronas.

It was also served on the Attorney-General's Chambers which is representing the Federal Government.
