Hilary Taylor to join OMD Europe as general manager.(Brief Article)
Hilary Taylor, a board director and managing partner at Manning Gottlieb Media, is quitting the agency to become second in command to OMD Europe's chief executive, Colin Gottlieb.
Taylor will be the general manager of OMD Europe and will be moving across to the network's temporary headquarters in the Strand in April. Her appointment is Gottlieb's first since he was put in place to lead the relaunch of OMD Europe as an autonomous media network (Campaign, 19 January).
Taylor has worked alongside Gottlieb at Manning Gottlieb for ten years and was originally hired to run the Nike account, which the agency lost at the end of last year.
