ORLANDO -- Two of Central Florida's oldest hotels are changing hands.
Both the Delta Orlando Resort near Universal Orlando and the Hotel Royal Plaza near Walt Disney World are in the process of being sold, according to sources close to both deals.
Spokesmen for the properties would not confirm or deny the pending sales.
However, both sites have been on the block for some time. And in both cases, a sale could help revive what has been a troubled property.
