SYDNEY, March 1 Asia Pulse - Australia's Telstra Corp (ASX:TLS) has signed a five year IT applications development outsourcing agreement with EDS Australia to manage maintenance and development activities for the company's billing activities and shared databases, the company announced today.

The total value of the contract is in excess of $A500 million ($US262.2 million) over a five year period.
