GREENWICH, Feb. 28 /CNW-AsiaNet/ - FloNetwork Inc. (http://www.flonetwork.com), a leader in eMarketing automation solutions that enable marketers to build long-term customer relationships that drive revenue and profitability, today announced the launch of the first XML powered e-messaging service for direct marketers.
The new platform, the first of its kind, was developed to meet the needs of sophisticated direct marketers and publishers, as opposed to "first time" users. Through simple API's, it fully automates marketers' ability to connect customer information from a variety of different databases into highly personalized and event triggered email campaigns. This is an important enhancement in email marketing. Automating data-driven messaging and advertising targeting speeds marketers' time to market with relevant content that drives profitability.
FloNetwork clients are currently using the new XML powered eMessaging platform in several ways. First, they are automatically updating and adding subscribers from a variety of sources to permission-based mailing lists. Second, they are sending dynamically generated, personalized messages to recipients selected on the basis of "rules." Finally, the API allows FloNetwork clients to integrate email messaging into all aspects of their Web site, from alerts to purchase and shipping confirmations.
"Our goal is to provide our clients and prospective clients with the richest set of Web-based services necessary to allow them to maximize the profitability and effectiveness of their direct marketing and publishing campaign," said Stephen Pollack, VP Product Development, FloNetwork Inc. "FloConnect and our XML technology is the future of e-messaging and positions FloNetwork squarely in the forefront of the upcoming .NET revolution that Microsoft is leading."
