India: Visu group on revamp mode: To merge five subsidiaries.

HYDERABAD, Feb. 27. IN a major corporate initiative, the Hyderabad-based Visu group of companies has drawn up a restructuring plan which includes merger of five of its group companies into a single entity.

The Chairman of Visu group of companies, Mr C.C. Reddy, told Business Line that Visu Consultants Ltd, the flagship company of the group and its other subsidiaries - Visu Consultants, US, India and the UAE, Visu Cybertech Ltd, UK and Visu Cybertech Ltd, India - would be merged and brought under a single corporate entity.
