The NATIONAL CENTER FOR HEALTH STATISTICS is expanding its headquarters in Hyattsville. The government agency signed a 10-year lease for a 200,000-square-foot office at PRINCE GEORGE'S METRO CENTER office park, next door to its current office.

The agency will move about 750 employees from its current 148,000-square-foot office once the seven-story building is constructed. …
