A special briefing on Insurance Education and Training for agents (including staff) of Insurance companies and Insurance Loss Adjusters was conducted by the Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII) with the General Insurance Association of Brunei Darussalam (GIANBD).

The briefing at the Scouts Association's building in Beribi was attended by representatives from insurance companies in the country and several officials from the Ministry of Finance.

It was presented by Madam Tan Lee Hoon, the MII General Insurance Specialist and Senior Manager. The special briefing among others detailed a pre-contract examination for insurance agents in the country.
