The new LC-28HM2 features widescreen high-definition resolution, versatile 1280 x 768 component video inputs and PC compatibility, and provides optimal viewing for video sources from HDTV signals and DVDs to XGA, SVGA and VGA computers.
Designed with Sharp's advanced LCD technology, the ultra-thin (only 2.3-inches deep) LC-28HM2 serves a wide range of applications, including television broadcast and production, videoconferencing, and transportation entertainment, as well as hotel, retail, tradeshow, museum, casino/sports-book and stadium installation. In addition, the widescreen LC-28HM2 is compatible with digital television input signals and offers a widescreen aspect ratio for HDTV display.
The LC-28HM2 will be available in February at a list price of $16,995. The unit will be sold through Sharp's authorized nationwide network of 175 display and A/V dealers, and is backed by a one-year parts and labor limited warranty.
