A topsy-turvy labor market will help Provident Investment Advisors Inc. to quickly fill the gaps left by the recent departures of Basher and former chief investment officer Ed Riley, officials say.
Interim Chief Investment Officer Don Raines said he already has interviewed more than half a dozen people for the two open spots on his team of eight investment professionals. Raines said a third spot that already had been budgeted will likely be added.
In the meantime, Raines said, little will change for Provident's investment group, which works along a team-oriented approach.
