Principal Residential now using REALTrans For Vender Management.(Brief Article)
Ocwen Financial Corp. has announced that Principal Residential Mortgage, Des Moines, Iowa, is the latest lender to pick the OTX REALTrans platform to automate management of vendor relationships.
The Web-based REALTrans system offers real-time electronic ordering, confirmation, tracking and fulfillment of real estate and mortgage transactions.
"We are actively using REALTrans right now," said Jeanine Wilken, Principal Residential Mortgage assistant operations manager shortly after the announcement.
"The vendor management option is proving very effective. It is enabling us to track the type and number of orders, monitor vendor service progress to see whether they are meeting commitments. It also enables us to send documents back and forth electronically to reduce mailing time and costs," she told MSN. "Right now we are adding additional vendors."
"OTX is a very customer oriented company," she added. "Their help desk is excellent and their programmers are very interested in seeing how to make the system work better for users."
