CapMark Gets Top Commercial Servicer Ratings.(Brief Article)
CapMark Services here has received Fitch's top ratings as a master servicer and primary servicer for loans backing commercial mortgage-backed securities.
CapMark's master servicer rating was upgraded to `CMS1' from a "2" rating and its primary servicer rating to `CPS1,' also from a "2" rating.
Fitch said the new primary servicer rating "reflects the company's exceptional ability and experience" in servicing commercial mortgage loans. The master servicer rating reflects the company's "ability to effectively oversee primary servicers and accurately remit monthly payments to Trustees."
