Dear Bill: . . . On another subject, I have detached myself from the technology revolution, but I'm attracted back by this report from the Internet on the most sought-after economists writing. I will, of course, write to them, pointing out that Buckley is a major literary and political figure and accordingly doesn't make the grade.
My health continues on the mildly reprehensible side, but the medical profession assures me that time will work its wonders. There are many reasons why that great profession must be regarded with a certain detachment.
