TRAINING ROLE SEEN FOR INTERACTIVE'S NEW REGIONAL OFFICE IN KL.
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 5 (Bernama) -- The new regional office which Interactive Intelligence Inc of Indianapolis (Indiana) will open in Kuala Lumpur next month is also likely to serve as the software developer's regional training centre.
Disclosing this in a statement here today, Interactive (which specialises in interaction management software, said it was opening the new regional office in Kuala Lumpur by the end of the present quarter in order to enhance service and support for its existing reseller and customer base in South Asia and Australia, and to expand market share and build brand awareness within the region.
