TRAVERSE CITY, MICHIGAN, U.S.A., 2000 DEC 22 (NB) -- By Sylvia Dennis, Newsbytes. ISPhone has announced plans to launch a heavily discounted PC-to-phone Internet telephony service, with rates that the company claims will average 25 percent less than the competition.
The service, which is known as MypcPhone, will be launched in January, and has been developed in partnership with Vocalscape, a Voice over IP (Internet Protocol) software specialist.
