In a Rolling Stone magazine article this month, President Clinton expressed support for decriminalizing the possession of small amounts of marijuana. "I think that most small amounts of marijuana have been decriminalized in some places, and should be," Clinton said in the article. Ten states treat possession of less than an ounce of marijuana as an infraction rather than a misdemeanor.
