Sheldon Arts Foundation

Paul Reuter Executive director

The Sheldon Arts Foundation operates the historic 70-seat Sheldon Concert Hall designed by 1904 World's Fair architect Louis Spiering. Opened in 1912, The Sheldon is known for its perfect acoustics and has been voted by touring musicians as one of the 10 best concert halls in the country. The Sheldon serves more than 100,000 people a year and presents more than 300 events, including jazz, folk, classical and world music concerts. The Sheldon was renovated in 1998, creating the Sheldon Art Galleries and a sculpture garden.
