The CCIM Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute has elected Henry Hagendorf as its 2001 president. Hagendorf is an independent real estate broker with 20 year of experience. Previously he served as president of REOC Corp. He's also worked for Hines and Prentiss Properties.

The chapter's 2001 officers also include: Beth Young, The Staubach Co., president-elect; Art Troescher, AMP Property Services, vice president; Vic Russo, Coldwell Banker Commercial, treasurer; Gary Loh, Transwestern Commercial Services, secretary.
