JBSi, or Jones Business Systems Inc., agreed this week to be acquired by Scottsdale, Ariz. -based EBIZ Enterprises Inc. in a stock deal worth roughly $6.2 million based on current stock market values.

JBSi, located in Stafford, is a national computer manufacturer and service provider that has 46 employees. Company officials say all of the employees are expected to be retained and continue working in the Houston area at the wholly-owned subsidiary of EBIZ.
