DANAHARTA INVITES OFFERS FOR SHARES IN UCI.
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 24 (Bernama) -- Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Bhd (Danaharta) is inviting interested parties to submit offers to acquire all 4,590,000 ordinary shares in United Chemical Industries Bhd (UCI).
The ordinary shares represent approximately 24.8 percent of UCI's total paid-up capital, Danaharta said in a statement here today.
UCI which is listed on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur stock Exchange is a manufacturer of polypropylene and polyethylene woven bags and its allied products.
