Former Builders Square HQ target of pending foreclosure.(Lehman Brothers foreclosing)(Brief Article)

The lender on a building recently leased by SBC Communications Inc. is getting ready to foreclose on the property, despite efforts by the current owners to hold on to the property.

Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has filed a notice to foreclose on the former headquarters of Builders Square at 9725 Datapoint.

Just last month, SBC inked a lease for the 200,623 square-foot property, which is owned by a limited partnership known as Builders San Antonio 1998 Acquisition Ltd. SBC is not a party, either as a borrower or lender, in the pending foreclosure action.
