Banks Hoggins O'Shea/FCB's new-media branch, FCBi, has poached Simon Foster, the founding partner of Initiative Dot Com, to be its interactive media director.
FCBi, which launched last July, offers clients online media planning and buying, strategic and direct response marketing services. Foster's brief is to bring together an integrated pan-European media offering for the agency.
While at Initiative, Foster worked on clients including ThinkNatural.com, Unilever, SelfTrade.co.uk and Cisco Systems. At FCBi, he will initially focus on the agency's main digital client, Compaq, although the agency is aiming to bring in new business too.
