For 40 years, Les Bostic and the Buckeye Ranch were synonymous.

On Oct. 30, however, Bostic will leave the Grove City organization that helps troubled children and their families.

Bostic, 66, plans to retire as head of the Buckeye Ranch Foundation and begin work as a consultant for nonprofits. That work will include helping them build boards of directors and evaluating mergers and acquisitions.
