Jakarta, Oct 23 (ANTARA) - The government will prosecute business tycoons Projogo Pangestu, Marimutu Sinivasan and Syamsul Nursalim if they fail to return their credit based on their pledge to the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), Attorney General Marzuki Durusman said here Monday.

"What is being deferred is only payment of intsllments on their debts," Marzuki told the press after meeting President Abdurahman Wahid at the palace here on Monday.
