The Royal Mail has defended itself against an attack by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) over its plans to launch a new Postal Preference Service (PPS).
The DMA has written to members, MPs and new postal regulator Graham Corbett expressing concern over Royal Mail's involvement in the PPS.
