The industrial market remains hot, hot, hot, and Bob Rice, senior leasing representative for Duke-Weeks Realty Corp., is benefiting from the strong demand. The broker recently signed six leases for a total of 145,000 square feet in new Duke-Weeks developments.

Texas Plaza II, a 71,000-square-foot facility at State Highway 183 and Chem-search Boulevard, was 100% leased to XeTel, which took up 50,000 square feet, and WideOpenWest, which took up the remaining space. John Gates of The Staubach Co. represented XeTel, and Allen Gump of Kennedy-Wilson International represented WideOpen West.
