W. McKinney 'front door' draws eatery.(Brief Article)

McKINNEY -- Tower Group Inc. has sold land for the first of several restaurants planned for its Eldorado Town Center mixed-use development at the northwest corner of U.S Highway 75 and Eldorado Pkwy.

Saltgrass Steakhouse will begin construction on its 8,000-square-foot building in October and open in late January or early February, said Bill Gordon, Saltgrass director of real estate.

"We like the Eldorado intersection. It's the front door to western development in McKinney," Gordon said, citing the affluent residential neighborhoods nearby.
