Liz Workman, a former Starcom Motive global media director, has launched a specialist agency to negotiate global media deals for advertisers and media owners.

The Workman Partnership claims to be the first agency to offer a service to both media companies and multinationals on how they can forge strategic partnerships.

Workman, who worked on the Procter & Gamble account at Starcom Motive, has already won her first two clients: a division of Emap and poster specialist Poster Publicity.
