Joe Kelly is retired Professor of Management, Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. He is currently a consultant specializing in organization restructure, executive development and structured sensitivity training.

Louise Kelly is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Northwestern University, Boston. Her research interests include the intuitive and emotional aspects of strategic decision making and family business management.

Joe and Louise Kelly have collaborated to provide a book on Organizational Behavior titled: An Existential-Systems Approach To Managing Organizations.
