MINICK AG, a provider of wireless application protocol (WAP) applications, is marketing locally its W@PAppliance solution which offers users instant WAP and Web services.

The solution is targeted at four key markets, namely telecommunications companies, Internet service providers, portal sites and companies, said Minick's head of WAP development Daniel Saxer. He added that W@PAppliance could connect different services and users together, allowing users to access services like e-mail, Lotus Notes, facsimile and bookmarks.
