Three high-ranking Selangor Umno officials dropped.
SHAH ALAM, Wed. - Three top Selangor Umno officials - secretary Datuk Seri Onn Ismail, treasurer Datuk Shaari Jihin and information chief Datuk Mohd Shariff Jajang - have been dropped.
Onn is being replaced by executive councillor Datuk Raja Ideris Raja Ahmad, the Sabak Bernam State Assemblyman and Sabak Bernam Umno division head.
Hulu Selangor Umno division treasurer Datuk Adnan Buyong takes over from Shaari while Shariff's successor is Sementa State Assemblyman Datuk Abdul Rahman Palil, who is also the Kapar Umno division deputy chairman and Selangor Youth Council chairman.
Their appointments take effect from tomorrow.
