India: Pritish Nandy Communications IPO floor price at Rs 155.

MUMBAI, Aug. 29. PRITISH Nandy Communications Ltd (PNCL) has fixed a floor price of Rs. 155 for the book-built portion of its IPO, constituting 23,55,300 shares or 90 per cent of the total issue size of 26,17,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The bid opens on September 4 and closes on September 11. The fixed price portion opens on September 26 and closes on October 3.

It will raise over Rs. 40 crores to finance PNCL's core business of making television content, creation of events which can be telecast as content and setting up theme centres, besides strategic acquisitions and augmenting working capital resources.
