Advanced Publishing Technology (APT) offered news on multiple fronts, from a new classified pagination program to a Web hosting service.

To handle classified pagination, where APT traditionally has relied on Quark Xpress, it has uncoupled the pagination program from the layout software to enable the user to choose either Xpress or InDesign. To do this, APT has developed its own H&J program to prepare a file of composed ads to flow into pages of a publication.
