Canon to focus on clients' needs.

CANON Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd hopes to push forward its customisation and system integration services to its clients.

Vice-chairman and managing director Shuichi Tsukahara said these services were popular in the company's home market of Japan.

"Some of our clients want more than what the standard Canon product offers.

"These clients, in most instances long-term customers, normally request Canon to customise the product or integrate Canon's products to suit them," he said.

Tsukahara said customisation and system integration services only contributed five per cent to Canon Malaysia's turnover of RM295 million.
