NEW DELHI, July 17: THE Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Council (EAC) will evolve a 'Common Approach Paper' outlining the key areas of developmental priorities achievable under the present political framework. This paper is likely to form the basis for a wider debate in the Government's attempt to forge a national consensus on economic reform policies.
