NEW DELHI, July 17: THE Prime Minister's Economic Advisory Council (EAC) will evolve a 'Common Approach Paper' outlining the key areas of developmental priorities achievable under the present political framework. This paper is likely to form the basis for a wider debate in the Government's attempt to forge a national consensus on economic reform policies.

The Common Approach Paper will be prepared in response to the Prime Minister's suggestion to put together a paper setting out the "developmental priorities" for the attention of the Government, the Special Secretary in the Prime Minister's Office, Mr. N.K.
