TURTLE CREEK -- Marcia Zimmermann's forte is insurance, but she wasn't afraid of taking a foray into real estate in pursuit of a good deal.

The owner of Benefit Seminars Plus, a company that helps businesses evaluate insurance packages and explains insurance benefits, recently purchased real estate in Turtle Creek with plans to move to its more spacious surroundings.

However, the building, a former residence, garnered so much interest that Zimmermann briefly put the four-bedroom, former British consulate building on the market.
