Coin scam leaves little for angry investors to seize and sell.

ORLANDO -- Scott Livingston, Charles Williams and Michael Wilson are still following the gold.

Although the state gave up two years ago on locating the assets of American Coin Collectors, three Orlando lawyers representing investors never have. And recently, they struck pay dirt -- a modest tract of land owned by the missing cofounders of the defunct coin business.

"We are moving forward," Livingston says.

At the heart of the lawyers' search is an investigation into a $12 million mail-order fraud spanning seven states.
