Leo Moggie says 'people factor' crucial to cyberspace security.

SECURITY on the Internet does not depend entirely on firewalls, encryption technology, or anti-virus software. Often it is the people behind the systems who can make a difference, Energy, Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Amar Leo Moggie says.

"If you take time to analyse the history of security breaches that have taken place, for example in the US, it is not the technology that was at fault, it was more the people who managed the system who failed to carry out their duties," he said.
