IRVING -- Fences have been mended between the North Texas Division of HCA-The Healthcare Co. and financially troubled Texas Health Choice.
The hospital giant announced this week that it has agreed to keep accepting Texas Health Choice's 85,000 enrollees to its 12 facilities and affiliates after originally terminating its contract April 20 because THC did not make payments in a timely manner.
The reinstatement is effective as of June 1 and extends through February 2002.
