CHEAPER HONDAS LIKELY WITH HONDA JAPAN'S DIRECT ENTRY.

KUALA LUMPUR, June 29 (Bernama) -- With Honda Motor Co Ltd of Japan setting up a stronger base in Malaysia to directly oversee the production, distribution and marketing of its range of vehicles, there are prospects of cheaper Hondas and this should be a welcome note for potential customers.

Honda's entry into the Malaysian market as the main player could affect the present distribution and marketing of Honda cars in the country which is currently being done by a local company.
