Oil companies all set to raise pump prices.

Retail prices of fuel products may be adjusted by about P1.30 a liter tomorrow, Saturday, after a scheduled meeting between President Estrada and the executives of oil companies in Malacanang today.

Energy Secretary Mario V. Tiaoqui said he was instructed by the President to set a meeting with oil company executives today after being informed about the planned price hike range.

Press Secretary Ricardo V. Puno, Jr., however, said a meeting with Spanish President Jose Ma. Aznar, who arrived yesterday for a three-day state visit, puts a crimp on the President's schedule.
