SILIGURI, June 25. - The Nepal police intercepted 105 gelatin sticks at Kakarvitta, just across the border today. The explosives were being taken to Nepal from India. The interception comes close on the heels of a similar haul of 73 gelatin sticks by Siliguri police last week. Police were unable to arrest the person transporting the explosives as he crossed over to Nepal. He was apparently travelling from Sikkim.
