Hotel consultant Francis Kercheval is soon to be doing more than just giving advice.
Kercheval, former general manager of The Buttes in Tempe, wants to build a restaurant in south Phoenix.
The idea was born when he began doing consulting work for The Legacy Golf Resort, 6808 S. 32nd Street, Phoenix. He stayed at the property in March during the Standard Register PING Ladies Professional Golf Association tournament and discovered there were few restaurants in the area.
Thus Kercheval's idea to build an independently owned and operated Italian restaurant was born.
