MELAKA, June 20 (Bernama) -- Premier Two leaders Melaka were forced to a 1-1 draw with the Armed Forces in Kubu Stadium here today.

The home team had numerous opportunities to beat the soldier boys but in a series of poor finishing, muffed them all. This included two penalties awarded against the visitors.

The Kancil squad got their first penalty as early as in the 8th minute when Rizalruddin Ghani was chopped down by Forces 'keeper Abdul Rahman Baba. But Mohd Ayob Alias's half hearted spot kick was easily saved by Abdul Rahman.
