MICROTECH CD-R DUPLICATORS LAUNCH/VIEW JOBS ON NETWORK.
Microtech Systems, Belmont, Calif., has upgraded all models of the company's ImageAutomator CD-R production systems, making it possible to launch and view the status of CD duplication jobs from anywhere on an enterprise network.
Using Microtech's recently announced ImageMaker EZ interface, job orders are sent remotely to any ImageAutomator connected to the network. The main ImageAutomator console processes orders through Microtech's powerful CD-Remote application. Depending on configuration, the system automatically runs up to 12 jobs at a time while queuing an infinite number of jobs which run as the hardware becomes available. The ImageAutomator also handles automatic disc printing using patented image alignment and has a handling capacity of up to 200 discs.
